April 30 to May 3 in Monterrey, Nuevo León

Team iGEM Tec-Monterrey will be hosting a Mexican team meetup from April 30 to May 3 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. From Thursday to Sunday, teams will get to learn about each other’s projects, receive feedback from invited experts on the biotech field, and finally discuss the current state of synthetic biology in Latin-America and the many ways open for improvement.

From Friday through Saturday teams are also invited to participate in several synthetic biology workshops in FEMSA Biotechnology Center of Tecnológico de Monterrey. We are thankful for the assistance of UNAM-CU, UANL, TecCEM, TecCEM_HS, TecMonterrey_GDL, IPN and also the participation from our neighboring teams from Honduras UNA_Honduras and Zamorano
