Transformation into chemocompetent (RbCl) cells
- let cells melt on ice
- add 1 μL DNA
- 30 min incubation on ice
- heat shock (45s @ 37 °C)
- 2 min incubation on ice
- add 1 mL LB medium
- shake 1 h @ 37 °C
- plate on selective plates
- incubate @ 37 °C
