Congo Red Staining
- grow cells on plate
- transfer some cells into 2 mL Eppendorf tube
- resuspend cells in 1 mL PBS
- transfer 100 µL into well plate
- mess OD600
- add 100 µL of 15% Congo red solution to the cells
- incubate (1h, 37 °C)
- centrifuge (4000 rpm, 5min)
- transfer 100 µL of supernatant into 96 well plate
- mess absorption at 490nm
