Structure analysis of our targets and their interactions
In order to better understand the interaction between the affibody and HER2, we created a subproject that aimed to analyse it. As results the following video was obtained. In this simulation, the interaction can be observed in a detailed manner. To read more about the video, please refer to Results.
Set up of flow system
The second model we needed to design was the set up of the flow system. It was necessary to create a working setup in order to make the whole project work. More information can be found in Description.
