Creating Experiment

First create the public url for your exeperiment

https://2015.igem.org/Team:Groningen/Notebook/Experiment_Title

then copy this code in to the edit but make sure you replace the Experiment_Title part.

If you have done this, the wiki sugests you to make a page

Now copy the Experiment template function and fill in, ensure that the protocol tile is an existing one. Note your only allowed to write it over one line per argument except for the last argument.

Adding Experiment Logs

For adding logs you need to use this template, make sure you use the date format as title, if you dont have any day to just make one up (but ensure no overlap)

For all objects, you have to give a name if you want to refer to it. these objects are the following. plase the id in the tag of the object div.

Tables

D lets make tables, first make the basic outline for the table. it is best if you first type the title headings of you table and decide the widths of you columns then copy your title and replace header with record and yes.

Figures

There two sizes for figures: small (482px × 265px) and large (800px × 233px). Don't forget to crop images to one of these sizes and include the size in the file name as in the example.

For inline formulas just use latex.

It is best if you want to check you changes to type the public url like

Italics, subscript

use i and sub (with the usual <> </> and such) for italics and sub_script.

Style

Bacteria are B. subtilis, E. coli, etc. Note the capitalization.
Quantities and their units are seperated by spaces: i.e. 20 mL and not 20mL.
Oxford comma is used.
bslA and BslA are used instead of yuaB and YuaB.
