Creating Protocol

First create the public url for your protocol

then copy this code in to the edit but make sure you replace the Protocol_Title part.

If you have done this, the wiki sugests you to make a page

Now copy the Protocol template function and fill in, ensure that the protocol tile is an existing one. Note your only allowed to write it over one line per argument except for the last argument.

Adding Protocol Step

For adding steps you need to use this template, there alsways has to be a title for each step. and if steps are to small try to merge them to one step.

For all objects, you have to give a name if you want to refer to it. these objects are the following. plase the id in the tag of the object div.

Tables

D lets make tables, first make the basic outline for the table. it is best if you first type the title headings of you table and decide the widths of you columns then copy your title and replace header with record and yes.

Figures

There two sizes for figures: small (482px × 265px) and large (800px × 233px). Don't forget to crop images to one of these sizes and include the size in the file name as in the example.

For inline formulas just use latex.

Italics, subscript

use i and sub (with the usual <> </> and such) for italics and sub_script.

Style

Bacteria are B. subtilis, E. coli, etc. Note the capitalization.
Quantities and their units are seperated by spaces: i.e. 20 mL and not 20mL.
Oxford comma is used.
bslA and BslA are used instead of yuaB and YuaB.
