Start saving money and animals

P.A.S.T. (Peptide Aptamer Screening using Two-Hybrid System) is the future

We have constructed a method for in vivo screening of peptide aptamer/target protein-interactions. The method is based on a bacterial two-hybrid system, which will induce transcription of RFP, when there is a positive interaction between the randomly generated peptide aptamer and the target protein. We also propose a process design for mass production.
