The iGEM Bordeaux team created the Cur’d Vine project thanks to the original idea of <b>Marie CECILLE</b>, member of our team, who proposed to work on Downy Mildew since the beginning of team brainstorming sessions.

We then divided the team in groups in order to work at the same time on different topics and read a large panel of publications. Most of figures on the wiki were made by <b>Emilie GOUNIN</b>,member of our team, during incubation times.

<br>During the internship, all of the designs, constructs, and experiments were made by us but the synthesis of DNA was made by IDT technologies. Our protocols are based on many publications (all cited in each protocols files) or generously given by our host lab. Between June to August, nine students stayed at lab and worked on two specified studies; one on bacteria and one on yeast.

IGEM Bordeaux 2015
