K1602032 - T7-B0034-HistidinTag-Scaffold (T7-B0034-His-Scaffold)
Bba_K1602031 was digested with XbaI and PstI and ligated into pSB1A2 containing the T7 promoter. Competent E. coli Top 10 were transformed via heatshock. Colonies were screened by colony PCR with VF2 and VR.
