DNA Isolation B. subtilis 168 and B. subtilis ComI
B. subtilis 168 and B. subtilis ComI were grown on LB and afterwards their DNA was isolated and stored.
To isolate the DNA of B. subtilis 168 and the DNA of B. subtilis ComI.
The DNA of B. subtilis 168 and the DNA of B. subtilis ComI was isolated.
