Transformation was done to introduce the ligated plasmid DNA into E. coli.
To create a salt inducible promotor.
Transformation failed.

Competent E. coli were transformed with 10 µL ligation product and plated on LB plate with ampicillin (BBa_K823023). No white colonies visible. Transformation failed.
