Process

A process consists of multiple stages. 20^th-22^nd March was the weekend where our process really started. The preparation phase was initiated by trip to Langeland, an idyllic place in the South Funen Archipelago. This was, our supervisors thought, the ultimate opportunity to meet each other and brainstorm on subjects for our project. It turned out as they hoped and we left the island in good spirits and had agreed on a project:

Next up was the idea phase, where we had several group meetings, discussing how to then conduct our project. We designed a model for our system and started building our BioBricks in the laboratory, that was after attending in a introductory course, naturally.

Collaborations is one of the key stones in iGEM and of course we did a lot of it. Just to mention some of it, we went to Lithaunia and exchanged some good advice. Helping others and receiving help is one of the things you can read about in our Collaboration section in this chapter.
