Gibson Assembly
- Thaw 15uL of Gibson mastermix on ice for 10min.
- In a PCR tube add 100ng of the vector you are using and equimolar quantities of the different DNA pieces of your Gibson.
- Add 15uL of the Gibson Mastermix.
- Thermocycler for 60 min at 50°C then infinite hold at 12°C
