Four samples of yuaB and four samples of tasA were analyzed.

Mix for restriction.

Restriction was performed according to page 14 of the protocol book. After PCR gel electropheresis was performed using a gel doc XR to check if there are bands of the correct size. Sample 4 of yuaB and sample 2 of TasA seemed correct but sequencing proved that they were not.
