Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase Treatment (Fermentas):

Use Zero blunt TOPO PCR cloning Kit

2 μl 10X Reaction Buffer
1 μl shrimp alkaline phosphatase
x μl DNA( 1 μg total concentration)
MilliQ up to 20 μl


Total Reaction of 20 μl


Incubate at 37 °C for 30 minutes
Heat inactivation at 65 °C for 15 minutes.
