IONIS iGEM team
IONIS iGEM is a French iGEM team composed of students of the IONIS Education group, first private education group in France. The IONIS private group is composed of several engineering schools, among them students from 3 of them have decided to create an iGEM team in 2015: Sup’Biotech specialized in Biotechnology, EPITA focused on IT systems and the school of art design:E-ART SUP. (Idée sur le site, Avatar quand souris va dessus, change en photo + citation et surnom)

Matthieu Dacosta, undergraduate at Sup’Biotech, leader and founder of the IONIS team is a real passionate of synthetic Biology. He aims to graduate a Master of Research in Synthetic Biology. Lab Work & Lab conditions:
Our team, has conducted its experiments in the Sup’Biotech Laboratories located in the campus of the school. The Laboratories were supervised by Estelle Mogensen, PhD in plant pathologies & Frank Yates PhD in immunology and currently working on stem cells.
