COLLABORATIONS

  This year the collaboration of our team with SCU_China team and UESTC-software team was very smoothly as expected. We helped each other from the aspects of experimental design, experiment results verification and software to reach the iGEM spirit as resource sharing. The following is a detailed description.

2015年,我们与SCU_China, UESTC-software等队伍深入交流,实现了资源共享,团结协作,形成了很好的合作互助氛围。并且成功的帮助SCU_China完成其项目中关于核糖体结合位点(RBS)的预测及实验论证的工作。

在这过程中我们队伍进行了两方面的工作:

  • (1)帮助SCD_China设计实验,完成RBS预测结果的实验论证。
  • (2)给UESTC-software 开发SD Finder软件提供了核糖体结合位点(RBS)预测的理论支持。

帮助SCU_China设计实验

我们为四川大学iGEM队伍设计了实验,完成RBS预测结果的实验论证。为实现找到未知的RBS位点、并将其标准化的目标。我们为四川大学设计了以下实验:

1、nifD基因前RBS的验证

2、nifD基因前RBS的突变验证

3、nifK基因前RBS的验证

4、nifK基因前RBS的突变验证

CHINA_CD_UESTC最终设计并完成了这些实验,很好的帮助SCU_China实现了RBS预测及标准化的工作。
