Even though I don’t have much prior experience and knowledge about genetics (so as many of my team mates), I believe I can pick up the theory and skills quickly because I am a learn-by-doing person. I believe my previous research experience, proficient in Excel and Matlab, mathematics sense, logical thinking and engineering mindset enable me to contribute to the team.

By the way, this is the first time I work with so many science students intensely as a team. By doing so, I learn how powerful it is to cooperate with people from different disciplinaries.
