Communicate Directly with iGEM HQ
We love hearing from iGEM teams and instructors! We welcome everyone to reach out to us and ask us questions, send us ideas, or provide some feedback.
We work hard to answer emails quickly, but please keep in mind that we get more emails around our major deadlines and may take longer to reply.
You can also email individual members of the iGEM Staff (email details can be found here).

Connect with the iGEM Community
One of the most common requests we receive from teams is the ability to easily contact other teams, which usually means people requesting email addresses for other teams. This is a challenging request for us since we respect the privacy of our registered iGEM account users and thus don't give our personal information, including email addresses.
Since we don't give out these email addresses, we wanted to find another way to provide a means of easy communication between teams and the rest of the iGEM community. Social media clearly wasn't enough, so we started to look at different forum systems instead.
We plan to implement a phpBB forum and hope it's wide range of features will appeal to most users. We hope this new forum will allow teams to easily and openly communicate with one another and the rest of the iGEM community!
The iGEM Forum will be actively moderated by HQ staff and will be open to anyone with an iGEM User Account. More information will be provided in the coming weeks!
Be Social
Connect with iGEM HQ, Staff, and Teams on Twitter! The iGEM HQ account keeps an active list of HQ Staff and iGEM Team Twitter accounts, so keep an eye on the HQ Lists. And remember to keep an eye on #iGEM2016!
