Calculations of Reagent Quantities Needed for All 20 Samples

We account for inflation of cell pellet weight due to inclusion of Falcon tube mass, and the reagents are added in the following ratios:

Lysozyme: 0.2 mg/mL of solution

PMSF Solution: added to final concentration of 1mM

Deoxycholic Acid: 1.5 g/g of cell pellet

DNAse: 3 ul added to each sample
