Sodium Molybdate dihydrate 1.07 mM NaMoO4 *2H2O up to 500 ml Water
Trace Elements solution 0.8 mM CuSO4*5 H2O 1.8 mM FeSO4*7H2O 1.4 mM ZnSO4*7H2O 0.24 mM H3BO3 0.21 mM CoCl2*6H2O 0.74 mM EDTA-Na2 0.1 mM MnCL2*4H2O 42.07 µM NiCl2*6H2O up to 500 ml Water Store dark.
Phosphate buffer 198.25 mM Na2HPO4*12H2O 191.05 mM KH2PO4 up to 100 ml Water Add H2O to 800 ml, adjust pH to 6,8 and add H2O to 1000 ml. Autoclave or sterile filter.
