The team Shiyan_SY_China constitute by our nine students and five tutors like Xu mingkai to instruct and help us. Some of us own deep like in biology, some have an enthusiastic heart in mathematics, some interest in music and sports, also some are expert at making the software and studying intensively; we utilize our curiosity and energy to construct our team. Thanks to all of the people who have helped us, due to they inviting us to explore a new interesting field.

I participate in the iGEM for challenging myself to form my leadership and to achieve some first hand experiences about biology experiments and software making. Due to the admiration of doing the experiments, I own the ambient to be a scientist. I am the students leader and the administrator of the software part in our team, and also a participator of the biology experiment.

I am Liu Yiyang, one of the members of the Shenyang_SY_China team and the leader of the experiment group in our team. As I have great enthusiasm in Biology and want to achieve more knowledge about gene engineering, i take part in the IGEM. I love Biology so much that I decide to devote my lifetime to experiments. I also enjoy painting, playing the piano and many outdoor activities. During the proceed of designing our plasmid with other team members, I learn a lot about teamwork and confirm my will to dedicate to Biology.

I'm doing IGEM because I enjoy doing experiments and learning anything about science.My dream is to be a scientist in the future because I really love chemistry and biology. From my perspective the coolest thing of science is that I can obtain a lot of knowledge about the nature through experiments and studies. In my team, I take charge of the experimental parts with three other team members. I learned a lot from the lab and I plan to try to have more opportunities to study in a chemical or biological lab.

I am Chensijian, the member of IGEM Liaoning Experimental school team. At the first part of the article, I will talk about my propose of joining the IGEM team. Since I was in the primary school, I was a big fan of IT. Hence, what I would like to learn is IT. By joining the IGEM competition, I hope that my programming(html javascript) skills will be developed. Second, my interests or dreaming is to construct robots which bases on the solid foundation of programming. Resulting from the reason above, I think that I am supposed to attend the competition.Third, as far as I think the coolest thing about the science is that human can control their own life by the edge technology. To be more specific, overcoming the cancer and other terminal illness is the coolest events from my perspective.Forth, I am the website engineer of my team. Lastly, to talk about my future plan, I would like to be a web site engineer.

We are the Taipei American School iGEM team, Taiwan's first high school team, one of 12 from Asia. Our team consists of 18 dedicated members, 10 of whom will be attending the jamboree in MIT. This is our first year participating in the iGEM competition, and we look forward to continuing for years to come!

1. We aided the Lanzhou University to solve the problem on IDT free registering.
(1) May,2015 ,Lanzhou University failed to register the IDT plasmids. By consulting the partners of Beijing IDT , they counseled our team about how to register.
(2) Then we answered Lanzhou University: We have just found 2 links. One is unfree. The other is especial for the IGEM team and free The link is http://www.idtdna.com/Pages/landing/igem-2015
(3) Registering on this internet just need fill in the name, teacher and the E-mail address and so on of the team, and making a confirmation. Then they will send the plasmids freely to your team.
2. We consulted the Lanzhou University, and got their help.
(1) If we should choose Linear plasmid or choose the carrier from the 2000 plasmids. They told us that they chose the carriers from the 2000 plasmids. The carrier because of the few number, need transform and extract the plasmids. Then they need to be a further transformed.
(2) How should us pass the customs? Last year, Lan Zhou University appealed the customs by transporting the plastic tubes.
(3) How should we fill the plasmid register form? It is the question that we will ask them next weak.
(4) The amount of funding. Lanzhou University team possessed 8000RMB funding. The other parts was funded by its school.
(5) Information about social experience.
3. What they majorly did is to publicize the core of the function of synthetic biology and their result.
Last year, the best social experience team made a radio station interview about 2 hours
Consequently, they conclude that the key element is the influence of society.
4. The problem of the 2000plasmids(according to 8.11 telephone meeting.)
5. Concentration is extreme low. A: Yes, according to the official guide,there was 10 microliter water. They added 40 microliter water, and drew 2 microliter water to transform. Only 2, 3 bacterias grew.
Chloramphenicol is also need 40 microliter water. They answered they also used 120 microliter water without any problem.
6. Living defending case and PPT presentation.
(1) How many people can take part in PPT presentation?
(2) If we should explain for 20min and defend for 20min.
