August 15th, 2015 Sean DNA Clean and Concentrator/Gel Purification Prep/Elongated Ligation Prepped the promoter parts with the concentrator kit and selected for the correct chromoproteins with the gel purification prep. Ligated BBa_J23119 and BBa_K118011 with BBa_K1073023 and left for 3 hours. Connor Transformation/Liquid Culture Transformed the red chromoprotein+constitutive promoter construct and the BBa_K118011/BBa_K1073023 construct.
