Use Zero blunt TOPO PCR cloning Kit. Link to the provided manual.



4 μl Purified PCR product
1 μl Salt Solution
1 μl Topo Vector (pCR4)

6 μl Total Reaction


Incubate at Roomtemperature for 30 minutes
