Bacterial protocols
Preparation of chemically competent cells
This protocol is used to prepare 50 eppendorf tubes, each with 200 μL of cells that can be transformed with the transformation protocol below.
- Obtain a 5mL culture of the desired cells. (See the protocol below.)
