10 mM NaCl 2 mL (5 M stock)
2% Yeast Extract 5 g
2,5 mM KCl 0,18 g
10 mM MgCl2 5 mL (2 M stock)
10 mM MgSO4 20 mL (0,5 M)
- H2O qsp 1L
pH media to 7 with NaOH, then autoclave

- 2XTY Medium 500 mL
