Attributions

The WHU-China iGEM 2015 Team would like to thank everyone who has devoted time and effort to our project[10]. All PCRs, primer designs, cloning reactions, gels, competent cell making, sample preparation for spectrophotometric methods etc. were performed by members of WHU-China iGEM 2015 Team. Moreover, we would like to thank the College of Life Science of Wuhan University for sponsoring our project[3] and providing us with the undergraduate lab to do our experiments[4]. A special thank you should be given to our advisors[6] from the previous WHU-China iGEM Team for their useful suggestions or advices on team construction, experimental problems solution, time management and so on. We are indebted to Haoyuan Sun for always online answering our questions throughout the project[1] and coaching us how to make good presentation[8]; to Zheng Sun for solutions of many technical problems; to Qiushuang Wu for her warm support and unconditional trust. Our teachers also provided us with many help in shaping up our project and we express great thanks to their steady support and valuable advices for our project[2]. They are Zhixiong Xie, Yuping Huang, Qingzhen Liu, Yan Long and Yu Chen. Professor Xie always has patience in our questions and teaches us ways to think differently. Miss Long helps us with all kinds of equipments in lab throughout the project. For wiki building-up, we owe much thanks to the web group of our team. It's their efforts for days and nights and their beautiful designs that perfect our wiki and present our project thoroughly. [7] Special thanks should be given to those people and institute that support our human practices [9]. Sketch in Dish gained much support from the student union of College of life Sciences and the community activity center. Therefore, we are indebted to both institutes. In another activity Smile Mates, we owes much to two dentists from School of Stomatology Wuhan University, Yi Yang and Yang Zhang, for all oral examination they provided. We are also indebted to our cooperation partners including Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University and etc. for their valuable advices and inspiration.
