Klassekampen

The Norwegian newspaper Klassekampen has interviewed our team; their article explores modern developments in synthetic biology using UiOslo iGEM and the iGEM competition as their central example. To avoid any copyright problems, we have asked for permission of publishing the PDF file of the article here.

Vitenskap & Historie

The Oslo iGEM-team was even more prominently featured in a similar interview with Vitenskap & Historie (Science & History), a special science edition of the Norwegian men’s magazine; Vi Menn. This article also explains synthetic biology, and describes the techniques used for modifying bacteria in an easy to understand manner, exploring the potential medical implications and benefits of the technology. Again we asked for permission to publish it on our iGEM page.
