Cre-lox recombination reporter
LoxP-flanked RFP that when excised by Cre-recombinase enables expression of the downstream kanamycin-resistance gene.
CIB1-YFP reporter
YFP fused to the C-terminus of CIB1 as a reporter of blue-light induced CRY2 association for FRET analysis.
