		We registered BU iGEM!

	Created an attributions page to give credit and thank the many people who have supported our projet
	Submitted orf7 recombinase directionality factor to the iGEM registry

Silver

	Submitted ABI and PYL dimerization domains to the iGEM registry
	Experimentally characterized ABI and PYL dimerization domains for split integrase use
	Identified current challenges of mammalian synthetic biology and proposed solutions to begin a dialogue within iGEM

Gold

	Further tried to engage the public through activities ineducation,industry, and education.
	Collaborated with Wellesley and other New England teams through NEGEM
	Demonstrated biomedical applications of split TP901-1
