Pipeline
A detailed report on the genomics pipeline we created (quality-control, differential expression analysis, data visualisation, variant discovery) can be found here. After the pipeline, we predict if the genes overexpressed in tumors and mutated can be good candidate antigen by predicting if they will be cleaved by the proteasome and what is their affinity with the CMH-I.
