I. Collaboration with our neighbor TJU
The Lotus Festival held at TJU
At the eary April, when the lotus is the most exuberant in the school, TJU's igem team held a lotus festival to popularize the knowledge of synthetic biology. As their neighbor and cooperative partner, our igem team are invited. During the festival, we had a good time with them. We not only help them to the posters but also communicated with their team members. And at last, acquainted with each other's project, we reached an agreement to help each other's team if needed.

Supporting the statistics of eukaryotic expression
This year, the igem team of Tianjin Universitiy is working on a special hydrophobin HGFII. Apart from the gene of IGFII, they also own the gene of HGFI. However, what they did is the prokaryotic expression in escherichia coli, so they lacked the conditions in eucells to test this gene. Coincidengly, there is a professor in our school which is working on the fermentation of HGFI. Hearing this, we visited his lab and successfully obtained these statistics. And finally, We support these data for their team.
The result of the western blotting
On the left are the real HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography) results. From these pictures we can see that in the pure products the peak appeared at around 30 minutes while at the fermentation broth the peak appeared at aound 33 minutes.

Ⅱ. Collaboration with other teams for iShare
IShare is a brand new idea raised up by Nankai Team in 2014.It is an information-sharing platform aiming to converge all information of iGEM China teams involved in our experiment such as Topic, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Progression, Parts. In a word, it will be a platform which is beneficial for all the igem teams.
Therefore, during the summit of domestic igem teams held by Beijing University, we seized the opportunity to publicize our iShare platform by playing a short video and distributing questionnaires about it. Our goal was to gain their support and information as much as possible. Excitedly, this platform was supported by most present teams and we exactly got much information and advice, which give us much confidence and encouragement for building this platform!
