Inclusion Body SDS Gel Following the SDS PAGE Gel Protocol, the inclusion bodies (in 3% SDS) were run on a gel against Ghost, Ghost w/ DNAse, and fractions/supernatants taken during centrifugation steps of the BugBuster process.
