Results

The Team AMU decided to study 5 different promoters (J23117, J23106, J23118, J23101 and J23100) and the promoter T7 that we used for ours construction. We want to know what the basal expression of the T7 promoter is.

We choose to use 4 different methods to study the strength of the different promoters:

• - TECAN
• - Fluorometer
• - Magicbox
• - Confocal Microscopy

Each method was calibrated thanks to the molecule Atto488. Only the confocal microscopy couldn’t be calibrated.
