• Combine the elution fractions that are pure and containing the protein of interest.

• Dialyse against dialysis buffer for 2 hours and change the buffer after 1 hour.

Dialysis buffer

20 mM Tris-HCl pH 8
50 mM NaCl
0.5 mM EDTA
10 mM beta-Mercaptoethanol
