Miniprep and Making of Glycerol Stocks

• Each colony that was grown up in the culture tubes was miniprepped and made into a glycerol stock.

Glycerol Stocks

• 500uL of each sample was combined with 500uL of 30% glycerol stock and stored in the -80C freezer.

Miniprep

• Each sample was miniprepped using the Zymo Miniprep kit and according to the kit's protocol.
