Dear iGEMers,
After the wiki-freeze and during the Jamboree, iGEM judges spend a significant amount of time reading wikis, attending talks and coming to talk to teams at their posters. During all of this process, judges are voting on your projects and writing comments.
We collect all of these votes and use them to determine how to distribute awards. After the Jamboree is over, we release them to you so you can learn what the judges thought of your work and to help you improve for next years competition.
Judging feedback is provided in two forms: scores from the evaluation rubric and comments from the judges. The rubric scores are presented in the form of a histogram of votes. The further to the left, the higher the score. Please note the numbers correspond to the number of votes at each level. We received 63,000 votes in total, about 55% more than last year, so the judges were busy at the Jamboree!
We also made significant changes to our system to incentivize judges to write comments for each team. Teams should now receive comments from at least three or four judges, if not from all judges assigned to your team. All feedback is also anonymous.
Over the past few years we have made many changes to the judging and the way teams are presented with feedback after the Jamboree. We are releasing more comprehensive feedback in more areas, much sooner after the Jamboree. We hope you value this feedback and can learn from your scores to help you improve in 2016!

Your feedback is presented in the form of a table with two columns. The first is the category (in the example below "Project") with the aspects listed below. The second column represents the votes judges cast. You should interpret this is high to low from left to right.
