To sum it up

Our genes will be synthethized industrially by IDT and our competent cells will be modified by inserting a plasmid containing the genes and their appropriate promoters. These modified bacterias will then be cultivated to produce our curdlan molecule in large quantities. the final step of our project will be to extract the curdlan molecule and to quantify our production.
