Wei is a rising junior in Chemical Engineering with a double major in Biomedical Engineering. She grew up in Pittsburgh, and has never left. She's interested in studying, talking about, and trying to remedy socioeconomic inequality. After graduation, she either wants to have a career in the pharmaceutical industry or in consumable consumer goods (aka, food). Fun facts: Wei is so uncoordinated that she almost fell down a waterfall once, she is a master cake decorator, and she also absolutely hates running but still signs up for the Pittsburgh Marathon every. single. time.</p>

She would rather spend her money on concert tickets than food, but still believes that she can definitively out-eat anyone in any kind of vegetarian-friendly eating competition.
