Our project of entrepreneurship and innovation which is called Gluten's Job belongs to the international competition IGEM (international genetically engineered machine) competition of synthetic biology, where students from around the world give their project in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Our objective is to generate an effective alternative for the treatment of celiac disease through the modification of the genetic material with Biobricks. We belong to the San Andres School.
