From the winter of 2014, I have been working for our program. In this program, I am responsible for the transformation part. I spent more than two months to study the natural transformation and electrotransformation of cyanobacteria as its growth cycle is so long. We always do natural transformation and electrotransformation at the same time to reduce the risk of failure. It is an honor that I got the chance to attend the competition which will be held in MIT, Boston, America. I hope everything goes well in the next two months.

PhD student here in Bio-X, SJTU, Shanghai, China. My works focus on Synthetic biology and metabolic engineering.
