You can work with any other team in the competition, including software, hardware, high school and other tracks. Collaborations with Rock Ridge iGEM Team

The Rock Ridge Team is the second team in Loudoun County history to have a high school iGEM team. Captained by Gwyneth Schloer and Sneha Misra, they are creating a living vaccine for Lyme's disease. This is a serious issue in Loudoun County, given our high population of deer, and as such high amounts of deer ticks.

We collaborated with the Rockridge iGEM Team, sharing ideas and our project progresses.

  • Characterize another team's part
  • Debug a construct
  • Model or simulating another team's system
  • Test another team's software
  • Help build and test another team's hardware project
