Member’s Attributions

ZHANG Yihao is the team leader of 2015 Peking iGEM team. He participated in designing of the project, took charge of troubleshooting, and arranged the experimental schedule, making sure that the whole lab function smoothly and head in the right direction.
WEI Weijia committed to ameliorate the detection system, that's to say, to enhance the sensitivity as well as to reduce the difficulty of detection. He was also in responsible for gathering plasmid information and seeking appropriate substrates.
LI Hang was responsible for designing and manufacturing our devices, which are for detection of analogue electrical signal and optical signal.
CHENG Sida was in charge of Human Practice and also works in the wet lab to construct and prepare plasmids for variable gRNA in vitro transcription and fusion protein construction.
LI Jiaofeng worked as the financial manager of the team. She was also responsible for parts construction and submission.
LI Xiang was in charge of constructing another kind of M.tuberculosis sensing system using Molecule Beacon. He was also engaged in the protein purification of dCas9 fusion protein.
LING Pingping was in charge of testing the luminescence intensity of split firefly luciferase fused with CRISPR system. She also processed the whole experimental data.
LIU Dongming helped to accomplish the plasmid construction of the detecting target and was responsible for human practice.
LIU Wenchao was in charge of construction of CRISPR gRNA as well as RNA scaffold at the beginning. Lately she was working on protein purification of dCas9 fusion protein.
WANG Beining undertook the task of cloning for the dCas9-luciferase part. She was also responsible for the testing of CRISPR-Luciferase system.
WANG Yu participated in plasmid construction initially, protein purification, and wiki designing and building. She was also the designer of our PowerPoint.
XU Luze was in charge of Modelling. His main work was programmed to search for the suitable guide sequences. Also, he was the lab manager for the normal operation of our lab.
YE Yixuan was responsible for human practice and part of the construction of the mathematical model.
Zhang Xiaohan was in charge of Conference of China iGEMer’s Committee and also helped in human practice and poster designing.
