Our team

Our team is based at the University of Sherbrooke and composed of students and instructors from various fields: electrical engineering, software engineering, molecular biology and microbiology. The multidisciplinary nature of our team has allowed us to create a complete laboratory automation platform comprising hardware, software, and wetware.

We are all students of the University of Sherbrooke located in the province of Quebec in Canada. However, only a few of us actually grown up there. Our team is composed of people native from a lot of different region in the province. We are all interested in common things like biology, engineering, and robotics. We all thought that IGEM would be an awesome challenge for us.
