PCR Clean-up
Use after PCR and after digestions if not gel extracting
- Transfer reaction to a 1.7mL tube
- For every 1 volume of reaction, add 5 volumes of Buffer PB. Mix by pipetting
- Transfer mixture to a spin column
- Spin for 1 minute
- Discard the flow-through
- Add 750ul of Buffer PE to the column
- Spin for 1 minute
- Discard the flow-through
- Dry spin for 1 minute
- Remove column from collection tube ant put into a new, labeled 1.7mL tube
- Add 30ul of elution buffer
- Let column stand for 1 to 4 minutes
- Spin for 1 minute
- Keep the tube; discard the column
