Nitish
He is a 4th year undergraduate in Biological sciences. An optimistic person who believes that biotechnology will revolutionize the world. His mind is always overflowing with ideas and his "never say die" attitude has given us the idea to tackle antibiotic resistance. An inspirational team leader, he motivates the team with work ethic.
Venkat
He is a 4th year Biological Engineering undergraduate. Being a chennaiite helps us in interacting with localities and he handles the administrative procedures of the team. He is closest to a 'external affairs secretory' of the team. As hardcore coder, he prefers dry lab work over wet lab work.
Siva Sai Krishna
He is a 3rd year student in Biological Engineering. He has handled most of the plasmid minipreps. He is famous for pretending to listen to coke studio while reading research journals. A Big time stalker : if a person with a Ph.D in biology exists on earth he will know him. He has spend most of his night outs for the team.
Saransh
Saransh is a 3rd year Biological engineering undergraduate. A dedicated and hyper biology enthusiast. He is the current head of Biotechnology club, center for innovation (CFI) and a very valuable asset to our iGEM team. He is ill famous for his psychotic over cautious hygiene practices and for his habit of 'scanning' everything. He has unmatched wet lab skills. He is also a hindustani classical music singer.
Shivansh
He is a 3rd year undergraduate in Biological Engineering. A very stubborn person, it is very difficult to convince him about any fact against his beliefs. He is kind-of moody for his interests and priorities. He hopes to work on microRNAs in future. He is an ardent fan of Indian politics.
Gaurav
Gaurav a.k.a. 'Babaji' is a 3rd year undergraduate in Biological engineering. A very creative and artistic person. He has handled over design requirements. He is one man team. As project manager responsible for handling the logistics. He has been interested in evolutionary biology. He has his occasional philosophical 'strokes'.
Sriraghav
He is a 2nd year undergraduate student of Biological Engg. He has helped us for developing our wiki. He is a very nice guy, always ready to help.
Abhishek
He is a 3rd year student. He is the our another coder. A cool guy to work with.
Instructors
Dr. Mahapatra is professor at Dept. of Biotechnology, IIT Madras. He has been promoting and guiding our project since the begining. He has mentored our previous iGEM teams also. He is exploring Molecular Genetics of Cardiovascular Diseases.
