          <p class="journal-content">This set of biobricks is based on an operon of ochrobactrum tritici, conferring resistance against Cr(VI). The Beijing institute of Biotechnology already submitted a biobrick based on this operon in 2013, <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1058008" target="_blank">BBa_K1058008</a> (See Figure 1). We used this brick, broke it down to its constituent parts, and reassembled it in a different way (See Figure 2).</p>

          <p class="journal-content">This set of biobricks is based on an operon of ochrobactrum tritici, conferring resistance against Cr(VI). The Beijing institute of Biotechnology already submitted a biobrick based on this operon in 2013, <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1058008" target="_blank">BBa_K1058008</a> (See Figure 1). We used this brick, broke it down to its constituent parts, and reassembled it in a different way (See Figure 2).</p>
