Achievements

Why we deserve a gold medal

Bronze medal criteria

Register the team and attend the Giant Jamboree.
Create a page on our team wiki with clear attribution of each aspect of our project.
Plan to present a Poster and Talk at the iGEM Jamboree.
New standard BioBrick Parts or Device central to our project plus submission to the iGEM Registry: ...
Create and share a description of the team's project and document the team's parts.
Submit new parts to the iGEM Parts Registry.

Silver medal criteria

We did several human practices projects which among other things also include a Dual Use essay and dealing with biosafety questions.
Creation of new BioBricks of our own design and construction which work as expected: ...

Gold medal criteria

Help another team
We implemented our human practices projects to our project especially to the topic date rape drugs.
We have a functional prototype.
Improvement of BioBricks: ...

Special achievements

Development of a new cell-free assay named Plasmid Repressor Interaction Assay (PRIA)
Establishment of a cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS) system for the iGEM community
Demonstration of the system's extensibility through several biosensors
Construction of a new biosensor for the detection of date rape drugs
Construction of new biosensors for heavy metals (Chromium, copper and lead) .
Implementation of a model for CFPS.
Taking up the dual use issue in connection with the topic "date rape drugs".
