We were able to create several assembled fusion gene using native alcohol and aldehyde dehydrogenase. We also designed multiple linkers (refer to parts) to complete the designed fusion gene.

Results

Fermentation: Butanol


We were able to create several assembled fusion gene using native alcohol and aldehyde dehydrogenase. We also designed multiple linkers (refer to parts) to complete the designed fusion gene.

Field
