1. Register for the iGEM competition 2. Complete the Judging form 3. Create an iGEM Wiki, add a project description and document the team parts 4. Prepare a poster and a talk for the iGEM Jamboree 5. Create a page on the Wiki with clear attribution of each aspect of the project 6. Document and submit at least one new BioBrick part or device

1. Experimentally validate that at least one new BioBrick part or device works as aspected 2. Submit this new part to the iGEM parts registry 3. Human practice activity .

1. Demonstrate an innovative Human Practices activity that relates to the project
2. Help any registered iGEM team
